We work with our clients on daily building/site maintenance needs, annual inspections & compliance initiatives, minor/major capital projects and lease administration. We have an in-house staff of property managers, maintenance personnel, engineers and construction professionals who deliver quality service on a consistent basis. LEASE ADMINISTRATION

AMA also provides lease administration services to your facility. Our knowledgeable staff understands building ownership structures that range from the single-owner/single-occupant or the single-owner/multi-tenant building, to commericial condo ownership. We have the experience and knowledge to help support clients with tenant relations, rent collections, CAMS’ billing and banking. Financial resources for lease administration function are handled with AMA’s main office.
